Terms of Service

These terms are between you and GenC Publishing, a sole proprietorship registered with the Department of Trade and Industry, based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. DTI Business Name Registration No. 8424356.

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use StockTrax.

StockTrax helps you keep one accurate stock count for the products you sell, with a full history behind every change.

Please read this before subscribing.

What works today:

• One stock number per product, with the complete history behind it
• Import and export your catalogue as a spreadsheet
• Stock adjustments that record the reason for the change
• Low stock, out of stock and oversold products, sorted worst first

What does not work yet:

Automatic syncing with Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop. StockTrax does not connect to your sales channels, does not deduct stock automatically when an order comes in, and does not update the stock shown on your listings.

Connecting to a marketplace requires approval from that marketplace, which we do not control. We do not promise a date, because we do not have one. Please do not subscribe on the expectation that automatic sync will arrive by any particular time.

• You must give an accurate email address and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@stocktrax.online if you think someone else has access.

The products, quantities, prices and history you put into StockTrax are yours. We do not claim ownership of them, we do not sell them, and we do not share them.

You can export all of it as a spreadsheet at any time. Nothing you bring in is held hostage if you leave.

• Break the law, or use StockTrax to help someone else break the law
• Try to access other users' data, or probe or attack the service
• Resell or rebrand StockTrax as your own product
• Use automated means to overload the service

We may suspend an account that does these things.

Subscriptions are ₱1,499 per shop, per month, after a 14-day free trial.

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record. They are the seller on your receipt, they take the payment, and they handle applicable taxes. Their terms apply to the payment transaction alongside these terms.

• The trial is free and no card is charged during it
• After the trial, the subscription renews monthly until you cancel
• You can create an account and use StockTrax without a card

We aim to keep StockTrax available and working, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime level or service credits. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, or because a provider we depend on has an outage. We may change or remove features.

We will not pretend a number is correct when it is not. If something goes wrong with your data, the product is built to show you — oversold counts appear as negative numbers rather than being quietly rounded up to zero.

StockTrax is a record-keeping tool. It does not currently connect to your sales channels, so it cannot itself change what your listings show or cause a sale to happen. You remain responsible for what you list and sell, and for the decisions you make using the information StockTrax shows you.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Philippine consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.

You can stop using StockTrax at any time and cancel your subscription — see the Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 5.

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will email you before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Quezon City.
